The temple of Yatadolawatta

Sri Vachissararama Viharaya stands in Yatadolawatta, about five kilometres from Matugama on the road to Kalutara. It began in 1915 as a small two-room residence for monks. Today it is a complete temple with a stupa, a Bodhi tree, an image house, a new Dharma hall and a Dhamma school. Whether you come to worship or to visit for the first time, you are welcome.
